Painting in Bowie, Maryland

Bowie is one of our busiest service areas, largely because of what was built here. The Belair at Bowie development put thousands of Levitt-built ranchers and split-levels on the ground in the late 1950s and 1960s, and a great many of them are now on their second or third repaint — with the original trim, the original doors, and sixty years of accumulated coating on both.

That is work we know well. We also do a lot in the newer eastern developments — Fairwood, Woodmore, and the neighborhoods around Bowie Town Center — where the job is more often a builder-grade interior that has never been properly finished than a restoration.

Painting in Bowie — frequently asked

Do you actually cover Bowie?

Yes — Bowie is a regular part of our service area. About 20 minutes from our Upper Marlboro base. Call (240) 981-4472 and we will arrange a walkthrough.

How much does painting cost in Bowie?

It depends on size, surface condition and how much preparation is needed, so we do not publish a price list. What you get is a free written quote after we have seen the space, with scope, materials and timeline set out clearly. Call (240) 981-4472.

Are you licensed to work in Prince George’s County?

Yes. We are licensed by the Maryland Home Improvement Commission under MHIC #136627 and fully insured, and we are a PCA Accredited Contractor. Documentation is available before work starts.

What is different about painting a home in Bowie?

Belair-era split-levels and ranchers typically need trim de-glossing, careful prep on layered old coatings, and often some drywall repair before painting. The newer eastern subdivisions are usually straight repaints over flat builder coatings.

“Cris and his team did an amazing job on our cabinets and vanities! I am VERY particular 😂, and Cris was incredibly patient, accommodating, and committed to making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The transformation is beautiful, and I really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to address every little thing. Highly recommend!”

“The team did a fantastic job fixing drywall issues on a vaulted ceiling. It all looks new. They also painted a couple of doors, all done professionally. I've used this company before and will do so again.”
