Painting in Croom, Maryland

Croom sits just south of Upper Marlboro, between Route 301 and the Patuxent River, and it is still mostly rural — former tobacco farmland, woodland, and homes set back on generous lots, with newer subdivisions filling in toward Marlton. After Upper Marlboro itself, it is the closest community to our base.

The housing mix is wide — older farmhouses along Croom Road, 1980s and 1990s colonials, and recent builds — and each needs different prep. Wooded lots and the nearby river keep some elevations damp longer after rain, so we look for mildew and soft trim before we write the quote.

Painting in Croom — frequently asked

Do you actually cover Croom?

Yes — Croom is part of our service area. About 15 minutes from our Upper Marlboro base. Call (240) 981-4472 and we will arrange a walkthrough.

How much does painting cost in Croom?

It depends on size, surface condition and how much preparation is needed, so we do not publish a price list. What you get is a free written quote after we have seen the space, with scope, materials and timeline set out clearly. Call (240) 981-4472.

Are you licensed to work in Prince George’s County?

Yes. We are licensed by the Maryland Home Improvement Commission under MHIC #136627 and fully insured, and we are a PCA Accredited Contractor. Documentation is available before work starts.

What is different about painting a home in Croom?

Homes here range from old farmhouses to recent builds, often on wooded lots. Shaded, damp elevations need washing and trim repair before paint, and older wood siding usually needs more scraping and priming than a newer home.

“Cris and his team did an amazing job on our cabinets and vanities! I am VERY particular 😂, and Cris was incredibly patient, accommodating, and committed to making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The transformation is beautiful, and I really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to address every little thing. Highly recommend!”

“The team did a fantastic job fixing drywall issues on a vaulted ceiling. It all looks new. They also painted a couple of doors, all done professionally. I've used this company before and will do so again.”
