Our process — ten steps, every single job

1. Expert planning

We walk the space with you, measure properly, and map the work before a drop of paint is opened.

2. Clear estimates

A written quote that spells out scope, materials and timeline. No vague line items, no surprises.

3. Detailed prep

Sanding, patching, caulking, masking. Prep is where a finish is won or lost, so we do not rush it.

4. Skilled application

Experienced hands, correct technique, and the right tool for each surface and coating.

5. Premium materials

We specify quality coatings suited to the surface and the Maryland climate, not whatever is cheapest.

6. On-time delivery

We start when we say we will and finish when we said we would.

7. Respectful crew

Uniformed, courteous, and mindful that they are working inside your home or business.

8. Clean worksites

Daily tidy-up, protected floors and furniture, and a full clean at the end.

9. Final walkthrough

We walk every room with you and fix anything you flag before we call it finished.

10. Lasting results

Backed by our workmanship warranty, issued in writing with your paperwork.

How we work — frequently asked

How long does the quote take?

The walkthrough itself is usually 30 to 45 minutes for a house — long enough to measure properly and look at the condition of the surfaces rather than guess. You get the written quote after that, not scribbled on a pad at the door.

Why does preparation take longer than painting?

Because it is what determines how long the finish lasts. Filling, sanding, de-glossing, caulking and masking is unglamorous work that nobody sees, and it is the single biggest difference between a repaint that still looks right in ten years and one that is tired in three.

What happens if you find a problem mid-job?

We stop and tell you. Rot behind a trim board, a leak behind a stain, a wall that needs skimming rather than patching — you hear about it with options and a price before we carry on, not as a surprise on the final invoice.

Who is actually in my house?

Our own crew, in uniform, led by someone you will meet at the walkthrough. Not a rotating cast of day labour.

What is the final walkthrough for?

You and the lead walk every room together with fresh eyes and a bright light. Anything you flag gets fixed before we pack up. That is the moment to be picky — it is what the walkthrough exists for.
