What good commercial & residential painting actually involves
A commercial repaint is judged on two things: how it looks, and how little it cost you in disruption. We schedule around trading hours, work after hours and at weekends where that is what the site needs, and stage the work so the parts of your building that must stay open, stay open.
On the residential side the same principles apply at a different scale — clear communication, a crew you are comfortable having in the house, and a finish that holds up.

Commercial & Residential Painting — frequently asked
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes. A large share of our commercial work happens in the evening or over a weekend precisely so the space is usable during trading hours. Say so at the walkthrough and we will price it that way.
Are you insured for commercial sites?
Yes — licensed under MHIC #136627 and fully insured. We can supply certificates of insurance and any documentation your property manager or landlord requires.
Do you handle multi-unit turnovers?
We do. Make-ready and turnover work between tenancies is well suited to our scheduling, and we can work to a fixed per-unit spec.
How do you keep dust and fumes down in an occupied building?
Containment, low-VOC coatings, and phasing the work so occupied zones are separated from active ones. We will walk the building with you and agree the staging before we start.
